Terms and Conditions

By booking services with Big Tyme Entertainment the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a professional safe and successful event experience for all parties involved. Booking and payment  deposit policy at $100 to $250. Non- refundable deposit is required to secure all event dates. Event dates are not reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed remaining balances must be paid in full before the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing, failure to make full payment may result in delay, set up suspension of services, or cancellation without refund. Standard DJ services for events 1 to 3 hours are set up at standard rates of $150-$160 and may be subject to specific set up or break down rates for event 3 hours over and under. All packages include set up and breakdown time  of an hour before and after event unless otherwise specified. Any extension beyond contracted event time is considered overtime. Overtime is billed in hourly increments and must be approved by both DJ and client, overtime charges are due immediately. Any unpaid balances after the event are subject to a $50 late fee. Big Tyme Entertainment reserves the right to pursue collection efforts for unpaid invoices and or damages. Clients must allow 1 hour minimum setup time before event  and 1 hour minimum  breakdown time after event. Setup and breakdown access must be guaranteed by client, venue, or event organizers delayed Venue access that interferes with setup & sound check may impact service quality and event timing.CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MINIMUM OF 2 FULLY WORKING ELECTRICAL SOCKETS WHICH SHOULD BE LOCATED WITHIN REASONABLE DISTANCE OF DJ SETUP. STABLE WIFI ACCESS IS REQUIRED FOR KARAOKE SONG ACCESS, STREAMING SERVICES, MUSIC BACKUP SYSTEMS & CERTAIN LIVE EVENT FUNCTIONS. CLIENT AGREES TO PROVIDE SAFE & SECURE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION FROM RAIN WATER OR EXTREME WEATHER. FOLLOWING BEHAVIORS ARE PROHIBITED PHYSICAL AGGRESSION, THREATS, HARASSMENT OF WORK STAFF, INTOXICATED INTERFERENCE WITH EQUIPMENT, UNAUTHORIZED TOUCHING OF ALL DJ EQUIPMENT AND RENTAL PROPERTY. NO DANGEROUS CONDUCT AROUND LIGHTING, PROPERTY, SPEAKERS, ELECTRONICS OR WIRES. SERVICE WILL BE PAUSED OR TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. CLIENT ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THEIR GUEST, EVENT ATTENDEES,  OR STAFF FOR NEGLIGENCE INVOLVING DAMAGE, DRINKS, SMOKE, WEATHER, OR PHYSICAL IMPACT.
